Taylor Swift has become a uncommon pop sensation: A superstar who crossed over completely from traditional music into pop culture, turning into an iconic pop star that is set to last forever and conquering every corner of the globe. The album was hugely successful not just in America with six singles were certified platinum on the back of Top Ten hit songs Love Story and You Belong with Me. But the album also enjoyed a great reception across the globe. Swift's new album Speak Now, released almost two years after the first one, consolidated this success. The album propelled Swift to superstardom. With her subsequent three albums, Red (2012) 1989 (2004) and Reputation (2017) and Reputation, Swift's popularity grew and she found herself in the world of pop music in which it became clear she belonged. Although she slowed down the production of her folklore album, and Evermore albums in the year 2020, she was at the forefront of pop music.
