Kelly Clarkson is an American musician and singer who has become the nation's favorite following her win of the American Idol title in the first season of the show. Her win was not only a major success and a huge success, it also earned the singer a contract to record several albums with RCA Records 19 Recordings & 'S Records. From her first appearance in the series, she has released a number of albums. From those, three made it to the top of the US Billboard 200. The other albums were also near the top. She's one of the biggest stars to come out of American Idol. With her professional development it was evident that she experimented with different themes and styles of music. She often co-wrote songs with her husband to express her feelings. The singer received critical acclaim as well as a number of important awards for her creativity and singing prowess. She was awarded the Grammy Award is her most prestigious recognition. She has also appeared in movies and on television.
