Beverly

KimBeverly Lumbres Caimen, born June 20, 1994[1], also known as Beverly, is a Filipino pop artist based in Japan under the Avex Trax. She is famous for her various soundtrack appearances including "Be the one" as seen in Kamen Rider Build, and "Koko" (Pokemon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle). Beverly Caimen, the third of three children to Ramon Vega Caimen, Leticia Valdez Lumbres, and Leticia Caimen was born on 20th June 1994 in Calamba (Laguna, Philippines). She was the youngest of three siblings, with a brother and two sisters. Beverly began singing at the age of five, when her mom took her to school, and she discovered she was gifted at singing. She joined the school's choir at the age of 7 and began singing lessons at age 9 when her mother found time. She took part in her first singing competition around this time, but didn't win. Her mother advised her to continue, as she felt she needed to gain more experience. She graduated from Batangas State University with a B.S. in Psychology. Beverly started pursuing her goals by participating in various amateur singing contests. She won the first prize at the World Championships of Performing Arts. She recorded music under GMA Records with composer Vehnee. Beverly Caimen was her debut and final album under GMA. Beverly received the Best Performance award from the Awit Awards and won the Harvest of Honors award from the National Commission for Culture and the Arts as well as the Best Performance award from the A Song of Praise Music Festival Year 3.
